Today, our sweet baby boy turned S I X M O N T H S old!!! Today, we took a nap, basically right after we woke up, got up and got ready, had some scrambled eggs, played with puppies, did a makeup tutorial on Facebook live, went to Starbucks, then Walmart, stopped by a school to take more pictures, came home, had dinner (leftovers for baby and my, pizza for Danny), then bath and bed for Xander, cleaning and working for me while Danny and I got caught up on season 2 of The Good Doctor, then started a load of diapers, took a shower and typed the extremely long sentence while my exhausted husband is asleep next to me! It is another mainly picture day today since I took so many because XANDER IS HALF A YEAR OLD!!!

At Xander’s most recent appointment (about a week ago) he weight 20 lbs. 13 oz. and was 27 1/2 inches long! He is officially rolling from tummy to back, almost rolls from back to tummy (does sometimes), is officially starting the nights in his crib (only sometimes sleeps in there all night), still no teeth, is LOVING trying food and doing BLW (Baby Led Weaning), is sitting up, loves to stand up, is pretty much obsessed with is puppies, still loves bath time, is beginning to fight diaper changes and putting on clothes (yay…), doesn’t like to be put down, is great at traveling, his babbling sounds a lot like “da da” and “daddy”, no sign of crawling yet, wants everything you have, does this thing where he makes a kissy face and spits everywhere (hard to explain… lol), loves FaceTime, loves meeting/seeing people, still loves exploring and being outside, favorite toy is usually a water bottle, loves to cuddle in the mornings, and is changing every day!
Mommy and daddy love you more than anything and are so excited to keep watching you learn and grow

That is all the pictures I have of our day, which went by too fast as usual… My ten things I am grateful for today:
- We made it to 6 months breast feeding
- There is something about a good Caesar salad and chicken
- My dogs and cat are so sweet, even when I think they are trying to get in the way
- Xander is loving basically all food
- Danny took out the trash for me
- I got to cuddle my baby boy and pups for an extra hour this morning
- I got to Facetime my Gram, Sis, AND Mom! Technology can be so great.
- I resisted the temptation to eat pizza (aka fast food) and have been going strong for all 8 days so far!
- The sun was shining and the sky was blue and beautiful
- Danny used the drain cleaner in our shower for me
